Emily first developed her customer service skills about ten years ago as an employee of Ritter. She left for a few years to serve at a local two-year college, but found her way back home to us. One of the things that makes her excellent at being a Key Account Representative is her genuineness in wanting to help and provide the most professional service possible.
What most excites you about your work and the contribution you can make?
I am excited to be a part of a team that truly wants the best for their customers, who are our neighbors and friends. I want to display a positive attitude that reflects the effectiveness of my Ritter family.
If you won the lottery tomorrow, what would make you keep working at Ritter Communications?
If I won the lottery tomorrow, I would continue to work at Ritter because it truly gives me a purpose to serve others, which makes me happy.
What's the best advice you've ever received?
Life is too short to be miserable.
